What exactly am I purchasing?

When you purchase a sample library from Samplestar.com, you are not obtaining ownership of the sounds, you are in fact only purchasing a license to use the sounds within your own musical compositions. You can sell your songs for profit at no extra cost and keep 100% of your royalties. However you cannot use the sounds in isolation (i.e. when not used within musical compositions). For instance you cannot use the sounds to make another sample CD.

Can I use your loops in commercial projects and releases?

All Samplestar loops & samples are 100% royalty free, after you have purchased one of our sound libraries you have a personal license to use the loops & samples in your productions and songs, whether for TV, Film, Advertising, Record releases, Albums or Demo's.You may release such compositions commercially without payment of any further fees or royalties for such usage.

Will your loops & samples work with my Software & Hardware?

All our loops and samples are provided in pristine industry standard 24bit .wav files. Wav is most commonly used audio format compatible with 99% of all software and hardware aswell as both PC & Mac.

Who else can use the sounds that I purchased?

Only the original purchaser of the cd has the right to use the sounds commercially. This means that you cannot sell or give the sounds to anyone else.

Payment and Delivery

When you are ready to purchase a product simply click on the "buy now" button for the relevant product. You will then be redirected to Paypal's secure payment processor. Here you will have the choice to pay directly by credit card or to login if you already have a Paypal account. Please note: you do not need a Paypal account to pay by credit card. After checking out successfully you will then receive a secure download link. Click on this link to download your file. Due to large file sizes, a DSL internet connection is recommended. Downloads are unique to each customer and are protected by both download time and attempt limits. Please view terms and conditions before purchase.
